Why did I leave Crush?

Looking for a new challenge as I learnt over the 15 years at Crush that I like growing business more than managing businesses!

I worked tirelessly to hit my target of half million turnover and 12 staff, and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge.

However Crush Design is suited to that size, and pursuing further growth would not be a good ROI.
